Transparent and clear shipping policies are defined for all the orders placed on this website, without any special exceptions. We are committed to delivering orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised as stated on the website.
* FREE Shipping is offered ONLY for certain products (specified on the Product detail page) ordered through VR1.
* Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. For shipping products or Items to different addresses, multiple orders shall be placed.
* All ordered Products or Items, processed within 2-4 business days. Subject to availability of the product. Ordered books will be send through POST or COURIER services. Delivery of ordered products purely based on the postal or Courier services only.
* Products or Items will be shipped only during business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Return
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the purchased product/ item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If, received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
If customers are shipping an item over Rs. 2000/-, it is suggested to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. VR1 Publications does not guarantee receiving the returned item.
If the received books are in good condition, purchased mistakenly, can initiate the return request but (4% of payment paid) cancellation fee and shipping cost will be deducted (Rs.40/- per 500 gram of weight and Rs.20/- per additional 500 gram of weight). It will be decided only by VR1 Publications.
